Etalon Spectra Pricing

Plans for scanning, enforcement, and certification.

Start with one free scan every 30 days. Run Etalon Spectra with your own team, have Etalon implement the enforcement layer, or scope a multi-domain program. Paid plans are available annually or in 90-day terms.

Built for any site that sets cookies or runs tracking scripts. Spectra tests every one of them, and Etalon fixes what leaks.

Audit scans observe the tracking stack. QA certification scans verify a remediated implementation against Etalon’s technical criteria. The table separates those functions so the limits are explicit.

Why 90 days

The minimum paid term matches the certification window.

An Etalon Compliance Certificate documents the observed technical state of a domain at the time of a qualifying QA scan. It remains valid for 90 days. Because tags, vendors, consent settings, and site releases change, continued certification requires a fresh validation cycle rather than a one-month subscription followed by a longer-lived certificate.

  1. Observe

Run audit scans and identify tracking behavior that requires attention.

  2. Remediate

Apply Etalon Opt-Out Mode or complete the required engineering changes.

  3. Validate

Run the included QA certification scan and issue a 90-day certificate when the implementation meets Etalon’s technical criteria.

A certificate reflects the technical behavior observed during validation. It is not legal advice or a guarantee of an organization’s overall legal compliance.

Pricing FAQ

Understand the terms.

Discuss your implementation
How does the Free plan work?

Free provides one Etalon Spectra audit scan per rolling 30-day window, a partial compliance report, and basic dashboard access. It does not include AI remediation briefings, Etalon Opt-Out Mode, full reports, support, QA certification scans, or an Etalon Compliance Certificate.

What is the difference between Annual and Quarterly billing?

Annual billing is $1,188 paid for a 12-month term, equivalent to $249 per month. Quarterly billing is $387 paid every 90 days, equivalent to $299 per month. Quarterly is the shortest paid subscription term.

Why is there no monthly plan?

An Etalon Compliance Certificate is valid for 90 days. The minimum paid term matches that validation window so a customer cannot purchase one month of access and retain a certificate beyond the subscription period that supports it.

Are audit scans and QA certification scans the same?

No. Audit scans observe and report tracking behavior. A QA certification scan is the controlled validation used after remediation to determine whether a 90-day Etalon Compliance Certificate can be issued.

How long is an Etalon Compliance Certificate valid?

A certificate is valid for 90 days from issuance. A new qualifying QA scan is required for the next certification window because the tracking stack can change between releases.

What does the Guided Implementation setup fee cover?

The setup fee covers the scoped implementation work, including the architecture review, GTM and CMP configuration, QA verification, training, and documentation. Final scope depends on tag count, vendor footprint, CMP configuration, and implementation complexity, so the fee is quoted after review.

Which plan is appropriate if we do not have an in-house GTM specialist?

Guided Implementation is designed for organizations that want Etalon engineers to configure and verify the enforcement layer. Organization is intended for teams that can implement and maintain the supplied GTM template themselves.

How many domains are included?

Organization and Guided Implementation include one domain. Enterprise supports multiple domains under a scoped agreement.

Does an Etalon certificate mean our organization is legally compliant?

No. Etalon verifies defined technical behavior in the tracking stack at the time of validation. Etalon is not a law firm, and its reports and certificates do not replace legal advice, policies, disclosures, contracts, or broader privacy-governance work.
