This Privacy Policy explains how Etalon Data LLC (“Etalon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information collected through this website. It does not govern the Spectra application at app.etalondata.com, which has its own terms and notices.
Information we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, work email address, company, website domain, inquiry type, and message. We also receive limited technical and security information needed to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and protect the form, such as an IP address, browser information, request time, and Cloudflare Turnstile verification result.
We do not use this marketing website to sell personal information, share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, or run advertising tags. If we add analytics later, we will update this notice and use appropriate consent and opt-out controls before non-essential tracking begins.
How we use information
- To review and respond to inquiries.
- To provide requested information about Etalon and Spectra.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
- To prevent spam, fraud, and misuse.
- To comply with applicable law and protect our rights.
Who receives information
Etalon personnel and service providers may receive information only as needed for the purposes above. The website is hosted on Rocket.net infrastructure. Cloudflare provides network security and Turnstile spam protection. Resend delivers contact-form email. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices and on Etalon’s behalf where applicable. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect people, systems, or rights.
Retention
Contact inquiries are generally retained for up to 24 months after the last substantive interaction, unless a longer period is needed to provide a service, maintain business records, resolve a dispute, enforce an agreement, or comply with law. Security and delivery logs are retained according to Etalon’s and its providers’ operational schedules. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; obtain a portable copy; appeal a denied request; or opt out of certain sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling. Etalon does not currently use information collected through this site for sale, cross-context behavioral advertising, or covered profiling.
We honor legally required opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, for any processing to which they apply. You may exercise a right by emailing contact@etalondata.com. We may need to verify your request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
EU and UK visitors
Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process contact inquiries based on your request and our legitimate interests in responding, operating the site, and securing our systems. You may also have rights to restrict or object to processing and to complain to your local supervisory authority.
Security and children
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13.
